Delete your MileHalo account and data

Use the form below, choose Help deleting my account, enter the email linked to MileHalo and state that you want the account deleted. You do not need to install the app or create another account. We verify ownership before deleting anything.

You can also request deletion in the app under You > Delete account. Sign in again when asked and confirm deletion.

Deletion removes your account, profile, linked contributions, saved preferences and associated account records from the active database. Recovery backups may retain deleted records for up to 30 days. Records required by law may be retained for the applicable legal period.

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions with the store that handles your billing.
