What happens when you delete?
- Your MileHalo account, provider identifier and profile are removed from our active database.
- All of your account sessions end. Support submissions matching your verified email are removed.
- If you signed in with Apple, we revoke our Apple sign-in access before completing deletion.
- Database recovery history can retain deleted records for up to 30 days. Records separately required by law may need to be kept for that obligation.
Deletion cannot be undone. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. If you have a subscription through an app store, manage cancellation with that store; account deletion must not be used as a substitute for cancelling billing.
