Milo, your MileHalo companion

1. Download and explore

Download MileHalo from the App Store and follow the introduction while parked. Look for familiar stations. Location access supports features that need to know where you are. Manage permissions in your phone's settings.

2. Compare the right fuel

Choose the fuel your car uses and check both price and report time. An older report may be less useful even if its price is lower. Plan a stop that fits your route and check the pump price on arrival.

3. Sign in and contribute

Use your usual sign-in method. Report the correct station, product and what you actually observe. Contribute while safely parked or let a passenger handle the phone. Conditions and prices can change quickly.

4. Decide whether Premium suits you

Free features do not require a subscription. Premium adds more alerts and navigation options. Read the price, billing period and terms in the purchase sheet. Apple manages the subscription; deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel it.

5. Plan before driving

Check your destination and route before starting navigation. CarPlay needs a compatible vehicle or receiver. Follow signs and actual conditions, take a break before changing plans and include your app version when contacting support.
